Reason one:
The heating temperature or time is not enough. Please consult about processing instruction with Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA Film manufacturer.

Reason two:
Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA Film is out of self-life, please use Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA Film before expiration. Please confirm with Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA Film manufacturer how long the self-life is.

Reason three:
The glass surface is not clean, maybe you use some organic water to wash the glass, make sure the glass surface is clean and dry.

Reason four:
Moisture in the glass surface or Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA Film or environment is too much. Please dry it before lamination. Or prolong the low-temperature heating time.

Reason five:
If the lamination takes place in some part of laminated glass, maybe it due to the sweat on the hand of worker, please make sure the worker is wearing gloves.

Reason 1:

The plainness of the glass is not good. If you making tempered laminated glass, make sure the thickness of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA film is thick enough.

 

 

Reason 2:

The Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA film is not melt completely when processing in the laminating vacuum oven, you need to increase the temperature or prolong the heating time to make sure Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA Film is melt completely.

 

 

Reason 3:

Stop vacuuming too early. Make sure you keep vacuuming always working in whole procedure of making laminated glass, and only stop the vacuuming after the temperature is lower than 45 degree C.

 

 

Reason 4:

The silicone bag is leaking, so the vacuuming pressure can not reach 0.095MPA.

 

 

Reason 5:

Moisture in the surface of glass, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA Film, decorative interlayers is too much, please dry them before laminating.

 

Reason 6:

Part of laminated glass is suffering too high temperature, and lead to the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate EVA Film decompose to gas. Make sure the heating is well-distributed. And make sure the temperature detector is working well and get the correct temperature.

 

Reason 7:

When edging laminated glass, bubbles appear at the edges. Because edging makes heat, and too much heat causes the bubbles. Please use more water to cool laminated glass when edging, and edging slowly and softly if necessary.

EVA interlayer film is usually required to be stored in the storehouse that is ventilative, dry and clean. It should avoid direct radiation from light and heat, and should be prevented from rain, high pressure, outside force collision and scratch from hard article. The temperature in storehouse should not be higher than 32℃, and humidity less than 55%. If the stock of EVA film is a large quantity, pallet should be put under the EVA film for ventilation, cooling and anti-moisture. If affected by excessive pressure, heat and moisture, the EVA film will be self-adhesive and its surface will turn to yellow or red in some degree.
