5. The silicon bag only can stand 20% of ordinary rubber in scratching and pulling resistance, so please be careful when put the pre-laminated glass withEVA(Ethylene-vinyl acetate) Interlayer Film inside the silicon bag, which can avoid the edges of the pre-laminated glass hurt the silicon bag and cause the silicon bag leaking. When the temperature is high, better not move the silicon bag, because at high temperature, the silicon bag is easy to break.

6.Please frequently change the oil of the vacuuming pump. When the humidity is high, the oil will absorb some moisture and become white, then the vacuuming ability would be affected. You can let the oil and moisture be still, then the moisture will separate from the oil, and you can recycle the oil.

7.Please put the vacuuming pump in a dry and ventilating place, which would help the release of heat of pump.

When you are laminating glass with EVA(Ethylene-vinyl acetate) Interlayer Film , there are some cautions you need to take notes:

1.Make sure the motor is working in the right direction (clockwise) . If it turns counterclockwise, please change the Positive and Negative Electrode.

2.If the cycling wind is not balanced, please adjust the air shutter.

3.Electric cabinet should be controlled by someone who have been trained for this, and if you are about to examine the electric cabinet, please make sure the power of the electric cabinet is totally off.

4.When heating, making sure the lamination workers do not go into the oven.

Can Laminated Glass with EVA Interlayer Film be Cut?

As we known, Laminated Glass with EVA(Ethylene-vinyl acetate) Interlayer Film or PVB(Polyvinyl butyral) Interlayer Film is often used for architectural safety laminated glass or decorative laminated glass?

Can the final laminated glass with EVA interlayer film be cut?

Good question.

1.) Laminated tempered glass can not be cut. Because tempered glass itself cannot be cut.

2)Laminated float glass can be cut. For examples, the CMS Machinery ‘s laminated glass cut machine:

Laminated Glass UV Blocked Rate Measurement

1.One of the most important characteristics of Laminated Glass with EVA(Ethylene-vinyl acetate) Interlayer Film or PVB(Polyvinyl butyral) Interlayer Film is UV radiations blocked. Due to this characteristic, the Laminated Glass with EVA Film or PVB film can protect the goods and people inside the room from the UV radiations.

So you may ask how to measure the UV Blocked Rate of Laminated Glass with EVA Interlayer Film or PVB Interlayer Film.

1: General description

LS Laminated Glass Spectrometer is able to simultaneously measure the Transmission

Values of UV(ultraviolet radiation), Visible Light and Infrared Ray . The Spectrometer is self-contained light sources and automatic calibration. No man-driven adjustment is needed. The users only need to plug the power supply, turn on the switch and put the Laminated Glass in the opening. Then the measure data would appear on the display automatically.
